Do I need an appointment? +

Yes. KlawMarqs is private and by appointment only. No walk-ins are accepted under any circumstances.

Can I bring a guest or my children? +

No. Your appointment is your private time. No additional guests including children are permitted.

How do I get access? +

Book online using the booking link. A non-refundable $10 reservation deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. If you cancel late or do not show for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

What happens after I book? +

You will receive confirmation and your booking link. Your $10 reservation deposit is applied toward your appointment total.

What if I don't see an appointment that works? +

Join the waitlist through the booking link and you will be notified of any openings. You may also prebook your next appointment while checking out after your current appointment.

Do I need to come with bare nails? +

Yes if you are booked for a full set, Gel-X, or Structured Soft Gel Manicure. No if coming for a pedicure or fill-in. Please inform your nail tech if coming with product on so time is accounted for accurately.

Appointments are booked online. If you don't see an appointment that works for you, join the waitlist through the booking link and you will be notified of any openings. Appointments booked before September 1, 2026 are not affected.
