Membership FAQ
Before You Commit.
Is a deposit required to book?
A non-refundable $10 reservation deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will be applied toward your appointment total. If you cancel late or do not show for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. Appointments booked before September 1, 2026 are not affected.
What if I don't see an appointment that works?
Join the waitlist through the booking link and you will be notified of any openings. You may also prebook your next appointment while checking out after your current appointment.
Can I reschedule my Privé Society appointment?
Yes. Rescheduling is allowed within the same billing month. Please provide at least 24 hours notice.
How do I cancel Privé Society?
Cancel anytime. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds on the current month.
Can I earn KM Loyalty points on all tiers?
Yes. KM Loyalty points apply across all membership tiers on every service visit — 10 points per visit. Only one reward may be redeemed per visit.
